What types of rights and responsibilities do citizens have?
We have Civil Rights and Political Rights.

How would you describe the role of citizens in a constitutional democracy?
The role of citizens in a constitutional democracy is when the citizens let their voice be heard, vote, listen a others, and participate in public affairs.

How would you explain the difference between "social action" and 'political action"?
"A social action is if the acting individual takes account of the behavior of others and is thereby oriented in its course", and a political action is when an organization becomes a "political committee" by receiving contributions or making expenditures in excess of $1,000 for the purpose of influencing a federal election.
