In our country anyone that is born in the United States, or is born to citizens of the United States, is a citizen.

How would you explain the term commonwealth?
Its a political community founded for the common good or in which everyone have equal standing.

How would you explain the term "enlightened self-interest"?
It actually means do well by doing good.
